Evaluation Requests Are Not Coming to Branch 

Evaluation Requests are not reflected under Evaluations Tab
Evaluations Requests from the website do not produce emails to the Branch

Solution:
Please, kindly contact the RSM Marketing team to assist and check the settings on the website management tools to fix the problem. 

Please, file a Mojo Helpdesk Ticket if the Marketing Team can't assist.
