Parent Portal - Can't Submit Enrollment Application - Name Mismatch

Parent Portal: Enrollment Application Submission Troubles

Error: The name doesn't match the primary account or secondary account information

Step 1: Please, go back few pages to find the Primary Contact and Secondary Contact information

Step 2: Continue the application and on the final page for submission enter the exact first and last name of the primary contact.

Note: The name are case sensitive, therefore ensure the upper case and lower case letters are exact match.
