Question: My microphone doesn’t work. I can’t locate my microphone. 

Answer: Correct through Windows settings. Search for microphone settings and see if is disabled for certain applications.

Question: My Audio/Sound or Video Doesn't Work 

Answer: Go to Zoom Settings and check if the correct devices were selected for Audio/Sound and Video

Question: Student's Audio/Sound or Video is Turned Off

Answer: Prompt the student to turn the audio/video on. Press unmute and video buttons to send the requests.

Question: What is the minimum internet speed required for Zoom?

Answer: Internet Speed Requirements: Minimum 10 Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload Speed.

Question: How do I join my online Zoom class from the parent/student portal?

Answer: For Grades 3 and Up they join from Student Portal. For Kindergarten Up to 2 Grade, they can join from the Parent Portal
